The dignified Count Zule is the local leader of the Whitemane draconian tribe. Although he no longer takes part in personal combat, having to deal with the day-to-day administrative duties given to him by the Jin Dynasty, the count is a powerful warrior in combat. His claws are said to be harder than steel.

Author's Note

At first Zule was purely going to be a true manipulative bastard, but as things went along I decided he wasn't all that bad of a guy in spite making many other characters' lives hell.
