Reiko is a junior priestess of water in Arcadia. She works behind the scenes under the administration of Minister Senryu in order to warm him up to the idea of opposing Lord Kosseimaru. Extremely naive, Reiko believes she can convince the senior priest that the resistance movement's ideals are correct. Despite her caution, she suspects that the assassin Shizuka may be on to her.
